My reflection:
“Dream under a night sky; dance to the light of your own music. Do the things that make your heart sing. Be your own biggest fan. Bask in the glow of your potential. Cherish yourself. Today and every day, take some ‘me time’ just for you… because you’re more special than you know.
Celebrate the stars shining in you. Every dawn is a new beginning filled with adventure. Chart your own journey. See yourself as a beautiful person – because you are. Keep your hopes shining bright. There are so many things that make you special. With every step you take, love walks along with you. Have faith in your wonderful self; you really can do anything you set your mind to.
Chase joy. Run after happiness. The journey you take from here will be as beautiful as you make it. Like morning sunshine, let love come softly to you. Linger under some moonlight. Let it warm you from the inside out. See yourself for the wonderful person you are.
Open your own heart, and let these thoughts bless you today and always.” Linda E. Knight
Let us always remember to stop and thank God for all the beautiful gifts that we have been given.?

My reflection:
“A morning prayer:
As I stand on the edge of this day, grant me the strength I need to move forward on this journey with grace. Grant me the courage to travel with compassion as my companion through each hour, the humor to lighten each moment and bring light and laughter to others I meet, and the smiles to scatter along the path that stretches before me.
Grant me the wisdom to recognize stones on my path and to be able to distinguish between those I can move, those I can step over, and those I need to leave alone. Grant me the calmness to accept that I don’t always have to be right, to face difficulties with serenity, and to find peace within myself.Grant me the skills and confidence to face whatever challenges and joys this day brings, and grant me the capacity to relish every moment.”
Let us remember that God is always walking with us.?

My reflection:
“Don’t run through life so fast that you forget where you’ve been but also where you’re going. Life is not a race but a journey to be savored each step of the way.
When others are rushing around, take time to stop and appreciate the moment.
Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.
If you are doing the best you can, then that’s all you can do.

My reflection:
“When you’re down, believe that this is just a place you’re in and that you won’t be discouraged forever. Think about this… it wouldn’t make sense that God would challenge you to be an overcomer if you weren’t able to be, so don’t let this disappointment define you. This is just a battle – it’s not the war. Besides, it may be a blessing in disguise.
Believe that clarity will come when you’re ready to move forward. After you’ve done all you know to do, trust that God is working out the details so you can be blessed. Realize that there may be lessons you need to learn, and don’t worry. Just know that your day will come in perfect timing.
When life‘s not fair, believe that it’s still good. You can choose to be hopeful and faithful, no matter what you’re experiencing, and you don’t have to let anything steal your joy. You can still count some blessings that others may not have. Believe with all your being that God loves you. After all, He gave you your dreams, your vision, and your purpose – and since His spirit actually lives in your heart, how can you possibly fail?” Donna Fargo

My reflection:
“The happiest people in the world are those who have a hard time recalling their worries… and an easy time remembering their blessings.”
Alan Austin
This reflection is short but powerful. Let us remember the only person who can bring us happiness is ourselves.?

My reflection:
“Joy is being in love and sleeping in the sunshine and running down a mountain path with the swiftness of a deer in the springtime. Joy expands your heart and opens your soul. Joy is snowflakes and slipping on the ice and getting up so you can slip all over again and never even feeling the cold. Living in joy doesn’t mean putting on a happy face. It means that joy is at the core of who you are and always have been. Joy is strong enough to carry you through the darkness and the pain into a place where joy still resides in ultimate measure. Seek to find joy and let Joy feel your life.” Rachel Snyder

My reflection today:
“There probably were two Valentines, both murdered around the year 269. One of them may have been the Bishop of Terni, Italy. In those days of persecution, Christians met secretly and hid their faith to protect their lives. Bishops were unable to hide and we’re often the first Christians in their communities to be tortured and killed. Often a bishop died in the hope that other Christians would not be hunted out.
The other Valentine was a priest and physician in Rome. A legend says that he sent letters of love and encouragement to the people of his community who lived in fear of persecution. From that legend the practice of sending valentines on his feast day may have begun.
But there is another explanation for the custom of sending valentines. In the Middle Ages people believe that on February 14, the day Saint Valentine died, birds begin choosing their mates for the springtime. So this day came to be thought of as the perfect day to choose a sweetheart.”
If you don’t have a valentine, let Jesus be your valentine.
Even if you do have a valentine, let Jesus be your Valentine. ❤️

My reflection:
“Don’t worry about the paths you should have taken or the opportunities you ignored. Instead, breeze in the life that surrounds you-let it fill your soul with light and hope.
Reflect on the past and all the memories, good and bad, that have made you who you are today.
Life can be so busy, and we sometimes take for granted the important little things that make us smile. Look at the sunset, share a cup of coffee with your best friend, or hear the wind rustle through the trees. Take some time to listen to life and feel the sun on your face. Stop to watch butterflies in your garden.
The gifts of beauty, inspiration, love, and reflection are all around you.” Carol Schelling
And let us stop and thank God for all these beautiful gifts each day.?

My reflection:
“One of God’s greatest gifts is the chance to be born again each day… Beginning with every sunrise, you can let go of the past and any regrets, mistakes, or sorrows it may have held. you can look ahead and see where you’d like to go, secure in the knowledge that God enables you to leave any emotional baggage where it belongs – in the past. You can choose to leave yesterday behind and start over again today – to be whoever and whatever you dream of being. Know that with God’s help and His constant, loving attention, you can achieve anything… beginning today.” Edmund O’Neill
With each sunrise God gives us a new beginning.?

My reflection:
“When you’re struggling with your faith and feelings, and discouragement has crowded out your hope, try to refocus and reclaim your power.
Erase the negatives and start over by thinking that life must be on your side because you’re not defeated – you’re alive! Take some time to be grateful for your blessings, and remember what you have and don’t have and what you can do that perhaps some cannot. Don’t forget that you are a spirit first and you have a body, mind, and soul to serve you. Then believe in your heart and say aloud that God is on your side, too, just as He Himself was told… ’Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.’ (Mark 11:24)
‘For no word from God will ever fail.’ Luke 1:37
Always remember that life is on your side… and God is too.” Donna Fargo
