Requirements: All students are expected to attend each class on time. If a student misses several classes without notification, the family may receive a call from the director, and the student will be expected to make up for all missed work. When an illness or injury requires a lengthy absence, please notify the director as soon as possible, and arrangements will be made for a home study, if needed. If a student needs to be dismissed early due to an illness or injury, a parent or guardian must report to the Faith Formation front desk.  The director must be aware of the dismissal.

Any student who is ill during class time must report to the director, front desk, or teacher so we can call the parent or guardian. In the case of a family emergency, parents/guardians should come to the front door. Any student(s) who must leave class early may only be dismissed by the director, or front desk, and a parent/guardian must report to the Faith Formation front desk to sign out the student(s). This is to ensure that all students leave safely.
