My reflection:
The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra.
Every now and then, go ahead and do something wild and outrageous!
Dance like nobody’s watching; love like you’ve never been hurt. Sing like nobody’s listening; live like it’s heaven on earth. “

My reflection:
“Each new day is a blank page in the diary of your life. Every day you’re given a chance to determine what the words will say and how the story will unfold.” Douglas Pagels

My reflection:
“You must do what you love. You must do what your heart tells you to do. It’s really that simple. When you connect with the things that you love, your spirit just flies. That is what you are supposed to be doing.” Zoe Elton

My reflection:
“Being in touch with your heart rather than trying to follow your head is the true guide to a happy life…
Let your heart guide you in how you feel your days… Like the wind feels the sails of a boat.
Today I pause in silence several times a day, touch my heart, and look up at the sky.
I like to check in with my heart frequently and make sure I am happy.
My heart is my GPS to help me navigate my life.
It never fails to guide me.” Mychal Gates Gill

My reflection:
”Get in the habit of noticing what you want… Most people find that when they have enough joy, their life is filled with abundance. I guarantee that somewhere inside you, you already know what it is you need and want. If anything at all were possible, how would you live your life? Dr. Christiane Northrup

My reflection:
“We can’t always be peaceful and loving, even when we have the best intentions. Unexpected events can stimulate fear. Buttons can be pushed. A burst of anger can lead to words we later regret. No emotion is right or wrong. All emotions are natural.
It is so important that we be gentle with ourselves and accept our emotions without judgment, no matter what is going on. Acceptance releases negative energy .
Just knowing that there are times when we are powerless over our feelings can be the beginning of peace. Turning our emotions over to a power greater than ourselves, and trusting that God can and we’ll do for us what we cannot do for ourselves, can bring us peace.” Ruth Fishel
