My reflection:
“If we knew how much the habit of being thankful might do for us, I am sure we would take time out of every day to count up a few of our blessings. When the spirit of thankfulness takes its place in our consciousness, we radiate life from the very center of our being to the world about us” Author unknown
This is so true. How often do we take time to thank God for all the gifts that have been given to us? Life itself is a wonderful gift.

My reflection:
“Your presence adds something special and invaluable to the world. You bring joy to those who love you and a smile to everyone you meet.
All the small things you do every day add up to something pretty significant.
Compliments are someone’s way of letting you know how special you are. Accept them freely.
Over a lifetime, it’s the moments you take to help a friend in need, push a child on a swing, or encourage someone else’s dream that will be remembered.
Pat yourself on the back and smile, because all your hard work and dedication haven’t gone unnoticed.”

My reflection:
“When you don’t know what to do, which way to turn, or whom to trust…
When you can’t decide whether one action would be better than another…
When you’re anxious and confused and your heart and mind are in conflict…
Don’t forget to pray about it.
Prayer will bring you peace and help you rest your case. It will make you feel better. God has told us not to worry or be afraid. He wants us to cast our cares on Him – so surrendering your problems is really an act of obedience and devotion.
Remember that God is love. He is faithful and He is good.
Pray about everything that concerns you… and know without a doubt that your prayers will be answered.” Donna Fargo
let us remember that God is always with us.?

My reflection:
“Don’t you dare – even for an instant – think that you don’t deserve or need the good things that come your way! You deserve the very best, and you shouldn’t be afraid to ask for it or accept it with open arms when it’s offered to you. You work hard and put in the time and effort to get the job done. You should receive the greatest rewards ever in return for all your hard work. You deserve the best in every way.” Ashley Rice

My reflection:
“God said that all things are possible to those who believe. That means everything, anything, all. He didn’t list any exceptions. He doesn’t identify anyone specifically… except those who believe. And he wouldn’t tell us to do something that we weren’t able to do. That wouldn’t be fair, and God is surely fair.
If you’ve been messing around just doing whatever, there’s no better time than now to change. Since God‘s laws don’t change… it’s up to you to get the job done. You don’t even have to understand it all. Believe without the evidence. That’s God’s way. That’s what faith is. And faith gives you the power to achieve anything”

My reflection:
“You are a bright, talented, compassionate, one of a kind, absolutely fantastic human being!
You bring cheer to so many people just by your presence in their lives.
You inspire others with your kindness and compassion.
You make every day count.
You are loved and admired more than you’ll ever know.
You are a blessing to every life you touch. You have made impressions on people and have changed their lives. You give of yourself without expectation and give your love without conditions. You take on the problems of others as your own, and you never complain or grow weary. you are a very special person who has touched so many lives in so many amazing ways that will never be forgotten. You make this world a better place.” Marni Alward
Thank you God for giving me people like this in my life!?

My reflection:
“Remember when you were a child and how easy it was to play pretend? You could get lost in your dreams and suspended in your imagination, and it seemed like you could do anything. You were the main character in your own movies of what you wanted to happen, and you’d go to that wonderland, that place where you were so happy that your dream had actually come true.
You may be grown-up now, but you are still a child of God – so why not believe you have the same power? Except this time, take your dreams to that higher place and declare with certainty: ‘I break the chain of habitual thinking of worst case scenarios based on my physical being. I invite my imagination and God to create the realities I pray for in my life. I will appreciate every blessing and each bit of newfound wisdom that come to me.’ Then state your wants and needs clearly to God, thank Him for giving you the desires of your heart, and absolutely know they’re on the way.” Donna Fargo

My reflection:
“Look at the sky, and in its vastness see the love God has for you. Feel the wind, and recognize God’s touch.
Be aware of the gifts God has given you every time you feel the connection you share with family and friends. Know that He placed them in your life to fill it with love you can touch.
Understand that the harder times are just the uphill part of the path God has laid for you, and if you follow the way faithfully, He will lead you on to places of peace and joy.
God surrounds us all the time. He is in the bad things, as He is in the good things. Always strive to recognize God and everything around you.” Selina Maybury
God is present in all that we do.?

My reflection:
“There’s nothing as strong, as dependable, or as accepting – and nothing that can heal as completely – as God‘s love. You don’t need to feel it to take advantage of it; you just need to believe in it, embrace it, share it, and allow it to guide your every thought and action. The love of God is the greatest power of all, and it’s right inside of you.” Barbara Cage
After my Mom died, I remember Easter and how I did not feel like celebrating Jesus resurrection. There was a passage that struck me…that celebrating Jesus risen from the dead was not about an emotion, feeling joyful. It was about love. We do not have to feel joyful to realize that God is in our midst. ?

My reflection is the prayer of St. Brigid:
Saint Brigid.
You were a woman of peace.
You brought harmony where there was conflict.
You brought light to the darkness.
You brought Hope to the downcast.
May the mantle of your peace cover those who are troubled and anxious, and may peace be firmly rooted in our hearts and in our world.
Inspire us to act justly and two reverence all God has made.
Brigid you were a voice for the wounded and the weary.
Strengthen what is weak within us.
Come us into a quietness that heals and listens.
May we grow each day into greater wholeness in mind, body and spirit. Amen.
