My reflection:
“Whatever you are trying to avoid won’t go away until you confront it.
Spend less time agonizing over decisions and more time acting on what you think needs to be done.
Be receptive to views and opinions that are different from your own.
Advice is one of the easiest things to give and the hardest things to receive.
No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. (Eleanor Roosevelt)

5 My reflection is from Living Faith
I know indeed how to live in humble circumstances; I know also how to live with abundance… I have the strength for everything through him who empowers me. Philippians 4:12, 13
”As he travels from place to place, Paul prided himself and his self-sufficiency when it came to caring for his needs. His words to the Philippines show the perspective of a person who has learned to accept whatever flows into or out of his life. He gives evidence of wisdom he’s gathered in gratitude he’s cultivated over the span of his ministry. Most telling is his noting that he has the strength to do this through all seasons by the power and grace of the God who accompanies him.
That same Holy One also empowers us today. To be truly grateful people, we are called to live lives of reflection so that we’re able to recognize whatever comes and to say thank you in both the lean and the abundant times.
Holy One, may I have a grateful heart for whatever comes into my life today.” Sr. Chris Koelhoffer, I.H.M

My reflection:
“I urge you precisely as I urge myself: reach for your deepest joys. Heed what you genuinely need and value, here and now. Strengthen your judgment, your discernment, so that you – and those you love – profit from the risks you take… Bit by intelligible bit, make choices that honor your healthiest instincts, your noble desires. This is how we build a life.” Marsha Sinetar

My reflection:
“You must do what you love. You must do what your heart tells you to do. It’s really that simple. When you connect with the things that you love, your spirit just flies. That is what you are supposed to be doing.”
When we are in touch with God’s Spirit then we can get through anything.?

My reflection:
“Being in touch with your heart rather than trying to follow your head is the true guide to a happy life…
Let your heart guide you in how you feel your days… like the win fills the sail of a boat.
Today I pause in silence several times a day, touch my heart, and look up at the sky.
I like to check in with my heart frequently and make sure I am happy.
My heart is my GPS to help me navigate my life.
It never fails to guide me

My reflection:
“There are two very easy things to do in life: one is to blame someone else for anything and everything, the other is to make excuses to yourself. Either way, you deny yourself of truly being responsible for your own life and your own happiness. Quit making excuses. Be the person you really want to be, and know that the fewer excuses you make, the better you will feel about all the rewards that come your way.” Deanna Beisser
God loves us for who we are not who we want to be…❤️

My reflection:
“Trust your decisions and feelings and do what is best for you. The future will work itself out. Don’t let anyone else’s negativity influence your dreams, values, or hopes. Focus on what you can change and let go of what you can’t. You know your own worth, what you’ve accomplished, and what you’re capable of. Your goals may take a bit longer and be harder to achieve than you had hoped, but… Concentrate on the positives and combine faith with generous portions of patience and determination. Step boldly and confidently into your future where happiness, success, and dreams await you.” Barbara Cage
