Online Registration

Registering In-Person- Forms can be printed, found at Parish Office or in the back of the churches. Checks can be made out to Our Lady Queen of Angels. Please place checks or cash with a completed registration form in an envelope labeled Designer Purse Bingo. These envelopes can be placed in the weekly collection baskets, dropped off at the Parish Office, or mailed. The Parish Office is open Mon-Fri 8-1 pm.
