Faith Formation Calendar

• First Reconciliation and First Communion will be offered in 3rd grade. Parents of older students that would like their children to receive these sacraments must email the Faith Formation Director faithformationdirector@ourladyqueenofangels.net to set up an appointment.
• All students are encouraged to attend Faith Formation every year. If your child has not attended every year, he/she will be expected to complete catchup materials at an additional expense.  If you are coming from another Faith Formation program, you need to supply the Director of Faith Formation contact from your previous program.

There are assessments/assignments associated with each class.  It is the parent’s responsibility to review our website to know what is required and the deadlines. When you start these assessments use the email: FirstCommunionHolyAngels@gmail.com
