Our Lady Queen of Angels Society

Our society is a women’s organization dedicated in faithfully supporting the parish through service and generosity. They efforts strengthen our parish community by assisting with special events, community outreach, and parish activities.

Our History

Originally established in 1931 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and named Our Lady of Mount Carmel Society. The purpose was to form a group of women who would assist and promote various ideas to enrich church and community, it was also to foster a Christian way of life.

When the parishes in the city merged, the name of the society was changed to Our Lady Queen of Angels Society to welcome all women in the parish.

Join the Society

Membership is open to women 18 years and older.

Regular meetings are usually 8 times during the year. Meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6pm at Holy Angels Center. New members are welcome to join.
